Robert Rutkowski

Robert Rutkowski is a Partner in the Brooklyn Heights, OH office of WWR and manages the firm’s Credit Union department and the Corporate & Financial Services practice group.  Rob obtained his B.A. from the University of Akron in 1988 and his J.D. from the Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 1991.  A member of the American, Ohio State, Lake County and Cleveland Bar Associations (former Cleveland Board Trustee), Rob is licensed in Ohio and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court (Northern District of OH).  Rob served on the Board of Directors for the Lake County Educational Federal Credit Union for 4 ½ years.  He was recognized as on Ohio Rising Star in 2006 by Law and Politics and Cinncinati magazines. Rob is a frequent lecturer on legal issues for credit unions and has served as a speaker for the Credit Union National Association (CUNA), the National Association of Federal Credit Unions (NAFCU) and most recently, the Credit Union Executives Society (CUES), where he led a series of informational webinars.  He has been published in Credit Union Magazine, Credit Union Management Magazine, The Cleveland Bar Journal, The National List, The WWR Letter, Corporate Counsel and The Recoverer. John Porter 

John Porter is an Associate in the Credit Union department of the Brooklyn Heights, OH office of WWR.  John obtained his B.A. magna cum laudein Political Science from Wittenberg University (1999) and his J.D. from the The Ohio State University, Michael E. Moritz College of Law (2002).  A member of the Ohio State and Cleveland Bar Associations, John is licensed in Ohio and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court (Northern District of OH). Dawn Pagon 

Dawn Pagon is the Credit Union Liaison for WWR and works out of the Brooklyn Heights, OH office. Dawn’s travels extensively to visit with current and prospective credit union clients, representing WWR at credit union events and dealing with credit union complaints, questions and issues. Mala Mason 

Mala Mason is a Marketing Communications Coordinator in the Pittsburgh, PA office of WWR and is responsible for coordinating public relations and marketing communications efforts for the Brooklyn Heights, OH, Cleveland, OH, Detroit, MI, New Jersey, Philadelphia, PA and Pittsburgh, PA offices of WWR.  Mala obtained her B.S. in Marketing and International Studies from the Pennsylvania State University in 2001.  Mala is a member of the Professional Services Marketing Association of Western Pennsylvania and the Legal Marketing Association.
